[When Wise was very young, or at least younger than he is now, he'd gotten lost in the forest outside Helios. He was only saved by a passing wandering cultivator, and to this day he's wanted to meet the man again to thank him. It doesn't matter that Helios fell and he and Belle moved to Yunkui Summit, he wants to find that man and thank him for what he did that day. He changed the trajectory of Wise's life, he's pretty sure, and he deserves to know that.

Granted, a wandering cultivator isn't why Wise (and Belle) is now the heir to Yunkui Summit, that is entirely because of Yixuan-shifu and their own unique abilities, but all the same. That man inspired Wise to get with Belle to create Phatheon, a nameless somebody who is able to hire people to handle things the larger temples and sects can't or won't.

Right now, though, Wise is not acting in the guise of Phaetheon. Wise is acting in the guise of a very annoyed older brother being strongarmed into going down the mountain for an annual check up, since apparently the doctors are all afraid of coming up the mountain after last year's run-in with Eous the spiritual monster rabbit. Cowards.]

I don't need to go right now, Belle, really.

[And as promised, Lighter started to move. He didn't even begin with a gradual pace like he knew he should have. He lifted Wise's leg, gripping it so tight it would bruise, and absolutely railed into him. At some point he moved Wise's hand to his hair so it could be tugged as much as possible.

He said he didn't go back on his word, and he meant it.]

[It is some time later that Wise is being carried back to the bedroom. A large tub has already been dragged in and filled for him and Lighter to share, because good gods do they need to wash up.

Not that Wise can really do much on his own right now. He is well and truly fucked stupid.]

[They're absolutely filthy in multiple senses. As much of the time it took them was needed to recover between four damned rounds let alone spent fucking the living daylights out of Wise.

It was sheer determination that let Lighter carry him to the bath without his own legs buckling.

But he succeeded in the end and got to work on cleaning Wise out right away given how much Lighter finished inside of him.

He managed to speak, his voice gruff and strained from use but gentle. And he asked what he has a few times tonight.]

[His tone was "fake pouty". But indeed Lighter shifted through Wise's bag for the talismans to make this a quicker process. He could still pamper Wise in other ways.

[He laid his chin on Wise's shoulder, speaking into his neck.]

Doesn't matter to me what I do. As long as it's with you, I'll go or stay anywhere you want. Heh, I'm just not sure if I'll ever get used to staying in one place is all. It might always be kinda weird after decades traveling on my own, y'know?

[Wise hums, thinking. Or trying to think, he's so worn out...]

[The talismans helped with the cleaning process but Lighter still went through the effort to wash Wise's hair. If only to have his hands in it and soothe his gongzi.]

If you fall asleep, I'll dry you off then bring you to bed. I'll be right there with you, alright?

[And he is very much going to fall asleep, because he got fucked stupid. Oops.]

[And Lighter laughed to himself, doing as promised. Cleaning himself quickly, drying them both off, putting them in fresh clean robes then carrying Wise to their shared bed.

He couldn't help but smile at watching Wise sleep so peacefully. Just setting his chin on an open palm while he brushed some of the hair from his sleeping lover's face.]

[He sleeps until morning, and then when he wakes up Wise just rolls over to be as closed to Lighter as he can before dozing again.

And then Inky comes in and jumps on them both.]
